Can you customs clear and deliver my goods to the door?
Yes. As all commercial shipments entering New Zealand with a value over NZ$1000 attract Goods & Services Tax, we'll require any disbursements paid in advance of delivery.

Do you do packing?
For personal effects the answer is no. For commercial shipments we can arrange this on request.

I want to ship my personal effects, is that OK?
Hey, no problem. We can handle that and quotes you all the fees in advance - with the exception of those from the New Zeland Ministry of Agriculture which is impossible to forecast.

What about a car?
We ship heaps of them. Just let us know the details.

Can I send the charges 'freight collect' and get them paid in New Zealand?
In most instances the answer is yes, but you will need to check with us first for the go-ahead.

Can you arrange insurance?
Yes, just ask.

Will I be given sailing details and arrival times?
Most definitely.
